Amazing Turmeric Recipe
Turmeric has so many health benefits and often get asked what I use turmeric in. Today I’d like to share a few turmeric recipes that will allow you to see exactly what you are able to make with Turmeric while enjoying its amazing benefits. 

Try this sprouted lentil veggie burger it's fun, wholesome, high protein  and meatless.

Sprouted Lentil Veggie Burger Recipe:
2 cups sprouted lentils 
1 cooked sweet potato, mashed
2 tbsp butter or coconut oil 
3 tbsp ground flax
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

1 tsp turmeric (optional)

1. Before making this recipe make sure you’ve sprouted the red lentils about 3 days prior. 

2. Cook the sweet potatoes by steaming them or by cooking in a 400° oven. Remove the skin and mash.

3. In a food processor combine ingredients and mix.
